This rack worked great at first, even saved my life because it's easy to use and compact, fairly sturdy, yet the un-even'ness cited here, is accurate:
"When going over a step, such as from the sidewalk to the street, this thing is very unstable if you go too quick and both wheels don't hit the ground at the same time.
